We strive to stay committed to the delivery time we promise. Your products will be delivered within 7 days after you place your order. However, you might experience delayed delivery in case of any inconvenience.
Emails with shipping confirmation are provided 24 hours prior to dispatch. Feel free to get in touch with us if you have any questions about your order, and we’ll be pleased to check into it for you. We pay high attention to any inquiries concerning your order.
Delivery Charges
We will always inform you about the delivery charges prior to the completion of your order. Please note that delivery charges will vary depending on your location. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges imposed by local authorities/governments (outside of Pakistan). Customers are responsible for paying the customs charges.
Exchange/Refund Policy
Since all of our products are specifically manufactured for our valued customers, there is no exchange policy depending on your liking or disliking of the product.
We only process an exchange in the extremely unlikely event that we delivered you a faulty or inaccurate item. The purchased products must be unused or undamaged by the customer.
We do not offer refunds on orders; however, you can exchange an item if an incorrect item was sent to you. Please notify us within one week of receiving the product if you would like to exchange or return it. We will not honour any claims made afterward.
